Being pregnant and due any day you don’t want to wake up to your septic system not working! They went above and beyond! They squeezed me in at the very end of the day told me what was wrong came out the next morning to fix everything. They took pictures of all their work and made it so simple to pay. I greatly appreciate the people who came out to my house and the staff in the office. Everyone was so polite and willing to help.

Had a guy come to my place by the name of Neris I had no clue the problems nor understanding what was going on I only knew something was extremely wrong. Within moments was able to tell me my problems how he was gonna fix them and how much it cost. Not only did he fix the problems but he found very minor things that he said didn’t need fixing just yet but was gonna fix them anyways. He did an absolutely amazing job and I just can’t say enough good things about this guy that showed up to do the job.. I highly recommend this company. Please use them you won’t regret it.

Mark is our contact for Jet and Jet does our contract work for the manufactured homes we sell. Mark Watson is a fantastic gentleman! He knows his stuff and is very detailed oriented. Mark is also easy to work with and is really responsive to customers. I’ve never had any complaints. Only good things from my customers that have worked with Mark.

I just want to say that thanks to Mark, we have a new attitude about JET. Several years ago, we had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I am so glad we gave Mark an opportunity to show us that they had new owners and things had improved. Mark was awesome! We had a well and septic installed by them, and he was there every step of the way to answer questions or deal with our concerns. It was completely opposite than our previous dealings with them. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to family and friends due to Mark keeping his word and always being available to make sure things went smoothly.

Two employees came to my cabin today to do a conventional pump out, and they did a magnificent job, which took them less than 15 minutes. They kept me posted via text at intervals on the time of their arrival. Both were very friendly and cordial. I highly recommend this company, and their price was reasonable.

The job done for us was to prepare for underground electrical service to new home. I would definitely use this company again. Promptly on site ready to work. No wasted time completed the job efficiently. Mark is totally professional and stands by his word without faltering.
